Family & Community Support

At ELKOLET, we believe that strong family and community support is essential for personal and collective growth. We aim to create a nurturing environment where students, their families, and our staff can thrive both emotionally and mentally. We understand that each person’s journey is unique, and we are committed to providing compassionate and accessible support to help everyone navigate life’s challenges.

Mental Health Support for Staff:

At ELKOLET, we are committed to fostering a healthy and supportive workplace for our staff. We understand that mental well-being is critical to professional and personal success, and we offer comprehensive mental health services to our employees.

This includes confidential counselling independent of ELKOLET, stress management resources, and access to mental health professionals.

Whether staff members are facing work-related stress or personal challenges, our support system is designed to provide them with the tools they need to maintain balance and well-being.

Counselling Services for Students and Families:

Our new counselling services are designed to support students and their families in managing academic, social, emotional and mental health challenges.

We offer one-on-one counselling sessions, group workshops, and family therapy to address a range of issues such as stress, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

Our trained counsellor works closely with families to ensure that every student receives the care and guidance they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Community Involvement and Resources:

We believe in the power of community and actively collaborate with local organizations to provide additional resources for mental health and family support. By working together with community partners, we ensure that our students, families, and staff have access to a wide network of support services, creating a holistic approach
